Luke Gelata Films is a one-person real estate media studio working with realtors and small businesses across Southwestern Ontario.
Every listing competes for the same three seconds of a buyer’s attention. The photos and the video are the first showing, and most of the time they’re the only one that decides whether a buyer books the next.
So the work is built around speed and craft: one visit covers stills, drone, cinematic video and an iGUIDE scan, edited and back in your hands the next day. No quote emails, no week-long waits, no filler footage.
